Tony S Cercy
Mr. Tony Cercy began his work career directly out of college at Power Service, Inc. in November of 1982. Tony held various roles throughout his 33 years at Power Service, Inc. including inside sales, outside sales, and sales manager, until he became sole owner in 2005.
In 1997, Tony briefly moved to Salt Lake City, Utah and started a separate company called Power Service of Utah, Inc. This company grew fast and with employees in place he was back in Casper by 1998. In 1999, an opportunity came up to purchase a similar company in Denver, Colorado, and in 2001 Tony purchased yet another similar company in Billings, Montana. Tony then rolled all the entities into Power Service, Inc. making Tony sole owner.
Power Service continued to grow revenue and the push towards growth began, which included launching new locations in Green River, Wyoming; San Antonio, Texas; Dickinson, North Dakota; Tulsa, Oklahoma; Houston, Texas; Dallas, Texas; and Williston, North Dakota. By 2014-2015 Power Service had reached a high of 564 employees and $300MM in revenue.
Tony sold Power Service, Inc. and its subsidiaries to DistributionNOW in June 2016. Tony then founded Cowboy Midstream, LLC in May 2017.
Mr. Gregg Werger is a graduate of the University of Wyoming in Laramie. He started his business career in Denver, Colorado with Getty Trading and Transportation.
At Getty, Gregg was responsible for a multitude of pipeline projects in Wyoming, Colorado, Montana, North Dakota and California. Texaco Trading and Transportation acquired Getty and eventually merged all downstream assets with Shell to form Equilon. During these transitions,
Gregg relocated to Houston, Texas as a commercial development representative for Shell. He elected early retirement from Shell and returned to Wyoming in a marketing role with Eighty-Eight Oil. With that experience and knowledge, Gregg moved to Plains Pipeline as a Manager of Business Development for the Rocky Mountain Division.
He has been developing and managing business since the formation of Cowboy Midstream, LLC in May of 2017.
Mr. Isaac Swanson began his career in the oil & gas industry at Power Service, Inc. in 2003 after receiving a degree in Biology from Creighton University in Omaha, NE. In early 2004, he joined Energy Equipment & Supply, Inc. and held various roles while there.
Isaac transitioned back to Power Service, Inc. in 2013 and was a Project Manager with an emphasis on large pump and compressor systems, LACT units, and metering skids. He later took over the role of Applications Manager at the Casper branch, where all of the fabricated packages were being constructed. During this time, Isaac worked with many of the major oil and gas companies in the United States, successfully managing projects whose end destinations extended from south Texas to North Dakota.
Isaac joined Cowboy Midstream, LLC in August of 2018. Since that time, he has taken a key role in the continued development of Cowboy’s assets in the Powder River Basin.
