Tony S Cercy
Mr. Tony Cercy began work at Power Service, Inc. in November 1982 as a parts sales and shipping clerk position. At the time, Power Service’s had less than 13 employees. Around 1985, Tony received a promotion to inside sales, where he developed new sales procedures and a sales call schedule for the outside salesman. In 1988 Tony took an outside sales position and started covering a vast territory with a small base and large commission program in place. Within the first year in outside sales, his territory alone produced revenue that more than doubled Power Service’s current revenue stream. In 1992, Tony signed a buy sale agreement with Mr. Scott Sissman to start purchasing stock in Power Service.
1993 marked the year that Tony took over as sales manager and owned 5% of Power Service. In 1997, Tony moved to Salt Lake City, Utah and started a separate company called PUMCOM DBA; Power Service of Utah, Inc. This company grew fast and with employees in place he was back in Casper by 1998. In 1999 an opportunity came up to purchase a similar company in Denver, Colorado, and in 2001 Tony purchased yet another similar company in Billings, Montana.
In June of 2005 Tony purchased the remaining stock in Power Service, Inc. and rolled all the other entities into Power Service, Inc. making Tony sole owner. In 2006 Power Service continued to grow it’s revenue and Tony’s big push towards growth began, which included launching new locations in Green River, Wyoming, San Antonio, Texas, Dickinson, North Dakota, Tulsa, Oklahoma, Houston, Texas, Dallas, Texas, and Williston, North Dakota. By 2014/2015 Power Service had reach a high of 564 employees and $300M in revenue.
Tony signed a PSA in December 2015 with DistributionNOW (NYSE:DNOW) to sell all of Power Service, Inc. and its subsidiaries. This purchased closed on June 1st, 2016. Tony stayed on with DistributionNOW until December 31st, 2016.
Mr. Gregg Werger started a 35 year career in Denver, Colorado with Getty Trading and Transportation as a young Transportation engineer fresh from the University of Wyoming in Laramie. Gregg progressed through the Engineering Department’s of Getty and Texaco until he joined the business and commercial development groups at Texaco and moved to Houston, Texas in a similar role when Texaco and Shell formed Equilon.
Gregg elected early retirement from Shell and returned to Wyoming with Eighty Eight Oil in a crude oil marketing role. He returned to his roots with Plains Pipeline of business and commercial development in Casper, Wyoming where he resides today.
Outside of Gregg’s professional life he is active with the Natrona County Weed and Pest serving as their Chairman of the Board responsible for an annual two million dollar budget. He continues to seek ways to expand his public servant duties as he maintains and flourishes on his mini ranch in the country.
Mr. Kris Holbrook started a career in the Oil and Gas Industry after studying Geology at the University of Wyoming. He first began work as an on-site Geologist in North Dakota exploring different zones of the prolific Bakken Formation. Kris later would work as a consultant for Goolsby, Finley and Associates, LLC doing similar work exploring the Niobrara Shale in Southwestern Wyoming. In June of 2011, Kris transitioned to a staff Geologist role for Welldog based in Brisbane, Australia. During this time, he focused on extracting natural gas from coal seams in remote areas of Australia and Africa.
Kris would later join Power Service, Inc. as a salesman working in San Antonio, Texas and Dallas, Texas. Soon after, Kris was named the General Manager of the Oklahoma Branch For Power Service, Inc. In June of 2016, Power Service Inc. was sold to DistributionNOW and Kris began his new responsibilities as the Regional Sales Manager for North Dakota, Montana, and Canada. In July of 2017, Kris joined Cowboy Midstream LLC as their Business Development Manager and is excited to be a part of this growing business.
Mr. Isaac Swanson began his career in the oil & gas industry at Power Service, Inc. in 2003 after receiving a degree in Biology from Creighton University in Omaha, NE. In early 2004, he joined Energy Equipment & Supply, Inc. and held various positions while there.
In 2013 Isaac transitioned back to Power Service, Inc. and was a Project Manager with an emphasis on rotating equipment packaging, LACT, and metering skids. He later took over the role of Applications Manager at the Casper, Wyoming branch, where all of the fabricated packages were being constructed. Isaac worked with many of the major oil and gas companies in the United States, running and completing projects which stretched from Texas to North Dakota.
Isaac joined Cowboy Midstream, LLC in August of 2018. As part of the Business Development team, Isaac is enthusiastic about bringing his experience to this expanding midstream company.
